We’re always open to having people apply to join our team. We’re looking for people who are hungry to see God’s kingdom grow in their own lives and the world around them. You need to be a committed Christian, with a willingness to live in community, and serve wholeheartedly. We desire in particular those who have some creative giftings in dance, music, or design/media.

If you’re interested in joining us, pray. Talk with those around you who you trust to give you sound advice, and get in touch with us. We only want you to come if you believe God wants you here, and it works best when you have the support of those around you.

Being on team means we will provide your basic board and lodging, usually with a family from the local church, but you will need to fund yourself for any other expenses. Currently we don’t accept people unless they are enrolling on a SWYM course (see friends) so it would be wise to get in touch with SWYM as well.
